For Lussodesi, I developed the branding and visual identity for this remodeling company.
The objective was to build a visual identity that could balance two seemingly opposite qualities: the reliability and elegance expected in home remodeling and real estate, and the dynamic, expressive nature of a brand with urban appeal.
The color palette was a critical part of this strategy. We selected bold yet refined tones, colors that are noisy in presence but elegant in execution. This duality reflects the brand's two main services: premium remodeling and real estate sales.
The logo solution was the creation of a custom monogram that merges the brand’s initials, L and H, into a strong, architectural icon. The symbol captures the intention behind the brand while the serif typeface reinforces a sense of professionalism and heritage.
Beyond building a strong identity for a remodeling company, the real challenge was designing a brand flexible enough to extend into lifestyle and merchandise. The founders envisioned a label that could also live on t-shirts, stickers, caps, and other streetwear-inspired products. With this in mind, we crafted a brand that feels both solid in the construction industry and energetic enough to engage a younger, design-conscious audience.
Through a blend of strategy, bold aesthetics, and design versatility, Lussodesi Homes now stands as a brand ready to lead in both the home and lifestyle spaces.
